Feeding

I've really been struggling with breastfeeding, at first I wasn't producing enough so he lost too much weight and I had to supplement, now I have a hard time producing cause he prefers the bottle. One of these days I will post everything I have tried to help increase my supply and his desire to nurse. On the plus side, because we supplement, Greg gets to feed him with the bottle and we have fun little moments like this.

That is too cute! I loved the cross-eyed look (or is it crossed-eye?)
I also love the sound babies make when they swallow their milk. Hallie was a formula fed baby and she turned out just fine :)

I can't help but say how much he looks like Greg. People said that all the time about Hallie and Brad. I eventually had to get over the fact that I did all the hard work and yet she didn't look like me :)
He kinda looks like a Thomas Gregory. I'm not sure how you feel about the TT sound (thomas taylor)Andrew is a good name too though. I have a very cute nephew with that name!
k, enough of my ramblings....

i love the video! it made me laugh, remembering luke at that age, the crossed eyes, oh and i struggled big time w/ breastfeeding. i saw lactation specialists numerous times, came home w/ all kinds of little gadgets, nothing worked for us. i cried, the baby cried, even chris (who has been told has no tear ducts) cried. in the end, we were all a lot happier when we used the bottle. i pumped for a little while, but that didn't last long, he's been on formula since and he's definitely a healthy little guy! i also got used to the freedom that came w/ bottle feeding, and chris loves that he has bonding time w/ luke too.

I don't think I have ever seen that burping technique before...LOL...there is no way possible for a gas bubble to be found anywhere in that little tummy...that must be a man's way of burping a baby...so fast...

Emily- what a cute little guy- his wide alert cross eyes- perfect. I love how Greg looks like he just got back from school- and you who is filming is probabaly still in pajamas, glasses...and smells like breast milk.

For my little 2 cents- I am proud of how hard you are trying with the whole breastfeeding ordeal. It isn't fun at first. It can be so tricky. I don't know what I would do if I had your problem... but I'm pretty sure, knowing you, that whatever you put your mind to, it will eventually come around.

He pulls the funniest faces, and he's so alert!

I struggled with nursing too but for different reasons. I ended up pumping for 8 months and it was a good balance for me. I didn't want to use formula when I had the milk supply, but I also HATED nursing. Maybe pumping would be a good option for you?

Dude you're a good feeder/baby birper Greg!

Does anyone tell you that you and your baby have the same hair? Well, in case they do you're not alone. They say it to me all the time about Adelyn so hey just in case I'm here for you bro!

Your guys' baby is a cute little dude. Congrats!

He is so cute! CONGRATS on having a baby! I can't wait for mine to come. My mom told me that the bottle is a lot easier to get milk from than the breast and once my brother had had a bottle there was no turning back. Maybe your baby is just practical!

An you know, he kind of looks like a little Greg.
